Biography


Sandra Vogel is a professional speaker, trainer, and facilitator with over 20 years experience in management, training and education. In 2005, Sandra became a certified contract trainer at the new General Electric Learning Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Sandra founded Wellness Adventures- Retreats for Women's Heart and Soul. She is a frequent church retreat speaker on subjects such as: Forgiveness, Friendship, Queen Esther and Breaking Free.

She has also conducted workshops across the nation and has recently developed and led Leadership training for Medical Doctors in Canada. Her specialties are: Communications skills, Personality profiling, Team building, Presentation Skill, Influencing skills, Hiring the Right People, Conflict, Diversity, Dealing with Difficult People & Customer Service.

She managed Training & Education in a Fortune 100 company for over 12 years. During this time she was selected as the "Most Motivational Employee" in the Peopleís Choice Awards, High Performance Manager and nominated for Circle of Excellence for Managing the Sales and Customer Education Departments.

For the past 8 years she has taught part time for the Communications Department of Miami University. In the spring of 2005, she was nominated by one of her students and honored to receive the Miami University Faculty Award for Women Breaking Barriers.

From 2001-2004, Sandra was the premier director for the Heritage Village Museum's production of Cincinnati's Runaway Slave-produced in educational partnership with The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. Cincinnati area school children and corporations experienced the power of freedom through this interactive drama. Through Sandraís efforts, this show was used as a diversity education tool during a critical time in Cincinnati.

In 2002, Sandra Vogel founded the Cincinnati Chapter of eWomenNetwork, an International media organization promoting women and their businesses. She has grown the tri-state area chapter by consistently providing a networking platform and education for participants. In the last four years, Sandra has personally planned and conducted over 50 events for hundreds of participants in the tri-state area.

In the fall of 2005, The West Chester Chamber of Commerce selected Sandra as a Woman of Excellence for her work in serving others as a professional and as a volunteer. In the Spring of 2006 Sandra was named one of Cincinnatiís top 20 LEADING WOMEN for her work as an Entrepreneur. In July 2006, she won the Innovator of the Year award at the eWomenNetwork International Conference. Sandra was recently a finalist in Cincinnatiís first Athena awards presented by CincyBusiness Magazine. This year the SBA has nominated Sandra for the
Womenís Business Champion of the Year.
